Designer Tatiana Bezverkhayadesigned a 41 m² studio for a man. The client wanted to keep as much free space as possible, so the layout was left as a studio. In addition to the living room, kitchen and bedroom, it was necessary to equip a workplace and a training corner.
total area: 41 m²
A place: Moscow
House type: LCD "Symbol"
Number of rooms: Studio
Who lives here: Man
Designer: Tatiana Bezverkhaya (TB.Design)
Layout
The apartment was rented without partitions. In general, the customer was satisfied with such a decision. The walls were erected only around the bathroom. The bedroom area was surrounded by glass partitions. Wet spots were left in the places recommended by the developer.
Living room
Light paint and decorative plaster were combined on the walls in the living room, and an engineering board was laid on the floor. As part of the soft group, you can observe a combination of scandi and loft - a laconic light gray sofa next to a brutal leather armchair and a metal coffee table with a plank top.
The sill was deepened to organize the workplace. They were also covered with a TV stand in the partition between the windows.
Kitchen
The kitchen set was arranged linearly. Large equipment was packed in pencil cases, and in order to visually lighten the space, glass facades of the wall cabinets were selected. For finishing the floor in the working area, as well as for the apron, we chose dark porcelain stoneware under concrete.
The bar serves as a dining table. She also zones the kitchen and living room.
Bedroom
The small isolated bedroom serves only as a sleeping place. To further highlight this area, a podium was constructed. The wall behind the headboard and the ceiling were decorated with blue-green paint.
Glass partitions do not block access to natural light, so dark colors add depth to the space, rather than turning the bedroom into a box.
Hallway
The "dirty" area in the hallway was highlighted with tiles. The front door was supplemented with a wooden lining up to the ceiling to match the high door to the bathroom.
The main storage system - a row of built-in wardrobes - skirts a corner and transitions from the hallway to the living room.
Bathroom
In the bathroom, they combined porcelain stoneware and light paint. The dryness of the concrete finish dilutes the stabilized moss panel. An interesting accent is the neon sign above the mirror.
The washer and dryer were placed in a tall cabinet, which is used as a utility unit.
