A video appeared on the network about how the plumber talks about the losses of heat and water for which the residents pay. In his words, he himself maintains this site with houses. And during the week, while he was away from the workplace. Applications in his area of responsibility were carried out by other locksmiths. Coming back to work, he was surprised how the issue with the lack of circulation was solved, to the detriment of all residents of the house.
If you watch the video in full, then ordinary people understand that there is a water leak in the faulty sections of the pipe. They need to be digested by replacing them with new ones. This point is clear to many. But what I saw at the beginning of the video really surprised me, there really is a purposeful sabotage, now I will tell and show in the diagram.
In the simplest diagram, above, you see hot water pipes in an apartment building. Hot water enters the basement of the building from a distribution point. At the input there is a metering device that calculates the volume of water that came into the house and its temperature. Further, the water continues its way along the risers and heated towel rails. Residents consume heated water if necessary.
Having cooled down a little, the water rushes out of the building, where again the volume and temperature are measured by the meters. If the water was taken by the residents, then the consumption is calculated. This is a diagram of the normal operation of the system.
What is terrible did the plumbers in the house from the video? Apparently the tenants began to complain that the hot water was not hot at all. And they demanded that the management company resolve the issue. The hot water pipes were completely clogged, so there was no circulation and the water cooled down.
In a normal organization, the issue is solved by replacing or cleaning the faulty section. But the video demonstrates sabotage that should not be. And so the diagram of what the plumbers did:
Plumber from Ufa Azamat Yagofarov showed the following connection in the video: A tap is screwed into a steel pipe, a hose from a washing machine is attached to it. The second end is lowered by the sewer. To restore circulation, the tap opens, and water begins to flow out of the house. Accordingly, the meter counts this loss as the consumption of tenants and then the whole house pays for it as one.
The DHW circulation has been restored, the residents have no complaints about the Criminal Code, but instead of solving the problem, the bosses force the plumbers to follow bad orders. Ultimately, the tenants suffer.
From the latest information it is known that I am firing the plumber, but so far he is on sick leave because of his failing health.
