Layout
As part of the redevelopment, the partition between the kitchen and the corridor was slightly moved in order to comfortably place the kitchen set. All main zones remained within the same boundaries.
Living room
The living room was combined with the dining room. The dining table was placed between the TV area and the sofa, the yellow upholstery of which harmonizes favorably with the light gray concrete-look walls. Plants helped to revive the interior a little. For them and other decor, a suspended structure was provided above the TV area.
Different levels of the ceiling in the kitchen area dictated the need - water supply and ventilation systems are hidden in the boxes. So that the height differences were not striking, the emerging niche was decorated with chipboard slats, between which they brought backlighting.
The set was divided into two blocks - the main one and the additional one represented by the peninsula. The small block was equipped with an oven and a hob. This decision made it possible to clearly observe the rule of the working triangle.
Bedroom
Two functional zones were designated in the room - the bedroom and the study of Margarita's husband. A screen mounted on the back of the desk helped to distinguish them.
The interior has brutal notes - a brick wall, textures of wood and metal. Soft panels behind the headboard helped to smooth out the severity of the situation.
guest room
The guest room was decorated in bright colors. The walls were decorated with sand, terracotta and green paint. An engineered board and colored microcement were combined on the floor, the joint between them was closed with a cork. Cheerful motives can also be traced in the facades of cabinet furniture and textiles.
The recreation area and workplace were marked with color - the sofa was enclosed in a green block, and the wall behind the desk was decorated with geometric shapes. Thus, it was possible to unobtrusively zone the room.
Hallway
Decorative brick helped to diversify the decoration of the hallway; they were faced with a ledge at the entrance.
Unusual decor was used in the corridor - some parts of the walls and ceiling were decorated with plaster panels, their relief made it possible to build in lighting.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom was decorated in gray tones; its decoration combined two types of porcelain stoneware under concrete and mosaic tiles on the wall behind the sink. Black elements - sockets, plumbing and fixtures - add contrast.
The guest bathroom was combined with a laundry room. A storage system lined up along one of the walls hides a plumbing box, an installation frame, and other equipment.
