This is how the neural network portrayed the Moscow of the future.
A couple of days ago, a neural network was opened for general use, drawing pictures by text request in Russian. It is based on Open's DALL-E. AI and is called ruDALL-E.
Sometimes the results are quite adequate, sometimes strange, sometimes funny. The creators of the neural network recommend generating several images for the same request (they turn out to be very different) and choosing the best one.
Here is another "Moscow of the Future" with a torch burning on top of a skyscraper.
And here is another one, which seems to be located on the moon.

P.S. In the evening, the neural network is overloaded and you have to wait 30 minutes or more (but you can start generating different pictures in different browser windows), I created these pictures today at about nine in the morning and the waiting time was 2-3 minutes.
