Designer Olga Bondar designed a 30 m² two-level studio for rent. The clients asked for a bright and modern interior that would be immediately remembered by potential tenants.

Layout
To increase the living space and allocate space for the bedroom, a mezzanine floor was added. Wood-like porcelain stoneware was used as a floor covering throughout the apartment. Thanks to the warm floor, it is comfortable to step on such a surface. The walls were painted white.

Living room
The living room was arranged next to one of the window openings. To zone the room, the sofa was placed with its back to the dining group. The opposite wall is decorated with a large-format painting. In order not to make holes, she was simply leaned against the wall.

Kitchen
The set was built in a linear fashion. A block with blue facades was added to the two-tier part - a built-in refrigerator was hidden behind one of them. The unusual color scheme helped to diversify the neutral finishes and make the interior stand out from many similar ones.
The dining table took center stage in the room. Black chairs and pendant light wire add contrast.

The bedroom can be accessed by stairs. Its platform is a box sheathed with reformed plywood sheets. The tall panoramic window allows you to organize a reading corner here. The frame of the structure was made of metal, and at the base there is a system of built-in wardrobes with plywood facades. The white railings practically merge with the walls.

Hallway
The system with a coat hanger is part of the blue box in the kitchen, and the closet opposite the front door was built into the base of the stairs. Thanks to this solution, the hallway turned out to be of the correct shape, and it is not cluttered by many cabinets.

Bathroom
Green microcement has become an unusual material in the decoration of the bathroom. They decorated the shower area, the rest of the walls were covered with white paint. A lot of storage space was not required - a cabinet with a sink and a mirrored cabinet were built into the niche to the left of the entrance.
