Planning before and after

Before redevelopment.
As a result of the redevelopment, a typical odnushka was turned into a studio - the kitchen was combined with a room. We also managed to increase the area of the bathroom at the expense of the hallway and provide a separate dressing room. To save space, the heating radiators were replaced with floor convectors.

Living room

The living area was arranged by the window. The fold-out sofa is simultaneously used as a berth. The entire space was made workable - shelves for books were planned under the ceiling, and the window sill was extended along the adjacent wall, it serves as a TV stand.

To zone the room, the chair was placed with its back to the aisle. Additionally outlined the borders of the carpet on the floor.
In another part of the room, a workplace was equipped, this area was highlighted with decorative bricks, which were painted pink. The vintage desk was moved from the clients' previous apartment.

Kitchen

The window and door unit in the kitchen was replaced with French glazing to let in more light and air. As in the living room, an engineering board was laid on the floor.

The headset was lined up in a linear fashion. Hanging cabinets and storage cases in the ceiling allow you not to split up the space.
The dining group refers to the retro style. The new table was completed with refurbished Soviet-era chairs. Nearby, a niche was provided for a built-in wardrobe with a shutter door, where dishes and small household appliances are stored. Compositionally uniting the space was helped by colored plafonds of suspensions above the dining table.

Hallway

Blue accents appear in the hallway - a wall at the entrance to the room and a small shoe cabinet. Next to the bathroom, a niche was provided for the closet, in which the washing machine was hidden. Since the apartment has a dressing room, a lot of auxiliary storage systems were not required - they were limited to a rack in a metal case.

Bathroom

Several types of tiles and paint were combined in the decoration of the bathroom. After redevelopment, it was possible to accommodate a large shower area with a seating area. The green cabinet under the sink has become a striking addition.
