At first, it was forbidden to fry kebabs, then to burn garbage. Now it’s no longer even possible to keep chickens. What to expect next?

Our whole life is a continuous compromise. We live in a society, so there is no need to talk about complete freedom of action. It is known that the freedom of one ends where the border of freedom of the other passes. It is difficult to keep this fine line, hence the many prohibitions and restrictions.

Recently, we were forbidden to keep chickens in summer cottages. Prior to that, there were serious bans on waste incineration. Fires, which have engulfed many parts of the country this summer, have led to the fact that it is now possible to even grill kebabs on your own plot only by providing serious security measures. Often times, these measures are simply not possible.
At first, it was forbidden to fry kebabs, then to burn garbage. Now it’s no longer even possible to keep chickens. What to expect next?

It became impossible to start a fire on our own territory. Rather, it is possible, but with the unconditional fulfillment of fire safety requirements, in particular at a certain distance from buildings. The size of summer cottages, for the most part, does not allow burning garbage and frying barbecue, observing these measures.

The development of technology that allows you to create miniature aircraft has made it possible to create miniature quadcopters, and this is really great. The only bad thing is that they will now fly through the territories of dacha cooperatives and record the appearance of smoke from illegal fires. And this is a fine.

In the old days, no one tried to prohibit summer residents from growing poultry on their site. The personal food program could not be canceled. Today, other times have come, there are enough poultry in stores, and the authorities considered that private poultry houses are useless in summer cottages, especially if they annoy the neighbors.

One resident of the Volgograd region appealed to the Supreme Court regarding the keeping of chickens on the site. She was fined 10,000 rubles. The court proceeded from the Land Code, which states that the land must be used for its intended purpose. And garden plots are not intended for breeding poultry. It (the bird) must be bred on lands that are classified as subsidiary plots.

By the way, only one species of living creatures can be bred in a summer cottage. These are the bees. But in this case, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the neighbors.

So the owners of garden plots where chickens and other animals, including livestock, are bred, will now have to do without this hobby. The Russian Supreme Court banned these actions, since these territories are intended only for recreation, personal needs of the owners and, if you really want, the cultivation of vegetables, fruits and other agricultural cultures.

Many believe, and not without reason, that the fines that summer residents will pay are beneficial to private business. For example, companies selling poultry. If they don't grow it at their dachas, the number of buyers will increase.

Fines are beneficial for the state as a whole, since it has another source of income.

So the compromise is on the face: if you want to have a dacha - have it. But only for relaxation or living. And for cucumbers with tomatoes, which is also good. You can still grow them. By the way, in most European countries and in America this has long been prohibited.
