Layout

The apartment was rented out without finishing. The advantage was the high ceilings and the large panoramic window, which provided access to natural light. Despite the inexpensive materials and furniture, the interior does not seem entirely budgetary.

Living room

Decorative plaster was used to decorate the walls in the living room, the concrete ceiling was sanded and varnished. The boundaries of the functional area were marked by a bar counter, which also plays the role of a dining table.

Kitchen

They made the kitchen a walk-through. The set was lined up in a linear fashion, the standard cabinets helped to save money. White facades in the color of the walls echo the cabinet doors opposite. Thanks to this solution, it was possible not to overload the compact space. The refrigerator was built into the section by the partition from the living room.

Bedroom

The sleeping place was arranged in a niche. The role of bedside tables is played by a box at the head. For convenience, sockets were provided immediately above it. The luminaires in this area were made pendant; only their silhouette is visible against a light background. Pull-out bed sections provide additional storage space.

Hallway

At the entrance, a niche was foreseen in which a pouf and a mirror were placed. Further behind the partition, built-in storage systems begin. Instead of a standard door portal, a semi-arch was made. Since there are practically no bright accents in the interior, it was this solution that became the visual center of the space.

Bathroom

For the finishing of the bathroom, we chose porcelain stoneware with the effect of a cracked surface. The same, but only in a different format can be seen in the hallway. A set of vanity units with a sink and a mirror were purchased from Leroy.
