Layout

On the ground floor, a nursery, a kitchen, a common living room and a bathroom were equipped. The second is the parents' bedroom, study and second bathroom.
As a result of the redevelopment, the area of the bathroom downstairs was increased due to the corridor. The entrance to the kitchen had to be moved to the room. Despite the presence of a gas stove, they did not close the doorway. This became possible after the living room was retrained into non-residential premises.

Living room

A parquet board was laid on the floor in the living room. She, only in a different shade, was used on the adjacent walls behind the sofa. The rest of the surfaces were painted with light paint. Thanks to this solution and the height of the ceiling, the room looks very spacious. The sofa in the upholstery in a rich turquoise hue helps to add color.

In order not to burden the interior, the railings on the stairs leading upstairs were made of transparent glass.

Kitchen

The headset was arranged linearly. Classic fronts with panels create an unusual contrast to the ethnic tiles on the backsplash and on the floor in the work area.

The table top was extended along the adjacent wall to accommodate the breakfast table. The cupboards in its support and the cupboard on top provide additional storage space.
The dining group was carried to a corner. Thanks to the high ceilings, the voluminous chandelier above the dining table does not look bulky. Covers of vintage magazines act as wall decor.

Children

On the walls in the nursery, light wallpapers and canvases with small patterns were combined. Textiles helped to diversify the neutral finish - carpet, curtains on the windows and pillows on the bed. In addition to the sleeping place, a work area and a storage system have been provided here.

Cabinet

The office turned out to be a checkpoint. A staircase leads here to the second floor. The interior has brutal notes - a wall of decorative bricks, massive cabinet furniture, a leather sofa.

Bedroom

In the decoration of the bedroom, light colors prevail, only the wall at the headboard was accentuated - it was painted in a rich green shade. Roof windows allow more natural light to enter the room. A compartment door to the left of the bed leads to the dressing room.

Hallway

The hallway is separated from the living room by a glass partition in a metal profile frame. Thanks to her, a sufficient amount of natural light enters the entrance area. Another element of the loft is the brick on the walls. The system of built-in wardrobes with a seating position is auxiliary, the main role is played by the dressing room.

Bathrooms

After increasing the bathroom on the ground floor, it was possible to allocate space for a laundry room - a washing machine and a dryer were built into the storage system in a niche. Terrazzo-printed porcelain stoneware was laid on the floor, and ceramics were combined with paint on the walls.
