  • salt;
  • sugar;

Now we are preparing the most delicious salting

The first stage includes the stage of preparing cans. They need to be sterilized. Put all the necessary spices on the bottom of the cans. And then we stuff cucumbers into the jar. Only they should be upright.

Now we are preparing the brine. We need 1.5 liters of purified water. Boil water in a saucepan and add sugar and salt. This process takes about 15 minutes. Then fill our cucumber jars with this hot solution. We keep them in this state for about 15 minutes, and then pour all the liquid back into the pan and boil again. Then again we fill our vegetables in jars. In general, we repeat this procedure up to 3 times. At the last stage, add one tablespoon of vinegar to the boiling marinade and mix everything well. Now we fill the cans again and roll up the lids. The lids must also be sterilized separately. We turn the cans over and leave them so until they cool completely, having previously covered them with a warm blanket. After a day, when the jars have cooled, they can be turned over and removed to a dark and cool place.
