Technique does not always fit into the interior. This is especially true for the TV. A black screen can draw too much attention and even look out of place in some styles. However, modern installation methods will help to integrate this element into almost any interior.
The designer told about them Margarita Ivanova.
6. TV in the partition
The TV can be built into the partition and rotated 360 degrees. This design is an excellent solution for combined spaces, for example, for a kitchen-living room. The partition will divide the functional areas, and the TV will “work” into two rooms at once.
Such a system can be implemented in different ways. This can be a pole on which a special swivel bracket is installed, or a swivel panel to which the screen will be attached. A more complex option is a rotating baffle. For their manufacture, rotary discs are used. On average, they have a bearing capacity of 50 kg to 300 kg. As a rule, this is enough to withstand a massive furniture structure with a TV.
5. Rotating stand
A similar scenario can be achieved with a swivel stand. It also implies a 360 degree rotation, but without any baffles.
Such a stand can be mounted inside the cabinet. Some models are equipped with automatic controls. You can start spinning by pressing a button on the remote control. The disadvantage of such mechanisms is their high cost.
4. Ceiling mount
Another mounting option is to mount the TV to the ceiling. One of the most modern methods is mounting on a motorized lift arm. It is controlled remotely using the remote control. When the TV is not needed, it is flush with the ceiling, and when needed, it lowers.
There are other models of ceiling brackets, for example, with 180/360 degree rotation, or those that can raise or lower the screen vertically.
3. TV cabinet
The TV can be hidden in a cabinet or dresser. A motorized elevator will help turn ordinary furniture into a transformer.
When the TV is hidden inside, the surface of the furniture will remain free and functional. You can raise the screen remotely. Using this mechanism, you can also modify kitchen furniture - to build a TV into a bar counter or an island.
2. Built-in TV
We are used to seeing built-in ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, hobs, but not TVs. Meanwhile, such products have been on the market for a long time. The screen can be integrated into the cabinet body or, for example, a plasterboard box. Due to its shallow depth of about 5 cm, it can be "drowned" in a wall made of 3D panels.
Moisture-resistant tempered glass models can even be installed in a wall drawer in the kitchen. Manufacturers claim that installation is possible even over a sink or stove.
1. Picture tv
Fitting a black rectangle into the wall design is not the main problem when trying to aesthetically integrate a TV into an interior. In the end, a number of manufacturers have already met the designers halfway and began to offer so-called "interior" models, the screens of which imitate paintings or even try to appear transparent.
The TV mounted on the wall looks much worse from the end. Often this is a problem in bedrooms: right from the entrance to the room, we observe the metal structures of the bracket, on which the TV case hangs at an angle with chaotically protruding noodles of wires. That is why, when fitting the TV into the interior, it is important not to forget about how it will look from the side.
If it is not possible to drown the back of the device into a wall niche, it makes sense to create such a niche artificially. Deep slats, shelves and wall cabinets that frame the TV on the sides can help in this. You can even build a personal TV frame to fit on its own or with your decor. On the same shelf, there will be space for related devices: a TV set-top box, soundbar or a useful extension cord.
