I decided to devote today's article to SNT. Or rather, to talk about the fact that in 15 - 20 years in Russia they will almost completely disappear. Only a few will remain, and they will hardly survive.
Surely, many will disagree with me. Who am I to make such a big statement? After all, where can SNT go, who do they interfere with, who is interested in eradicating them? To convince you of my words, I will give you several reasons:
- 1. First of all, I propose to think about who inhabits garden associations today. These are mainly retirees. Young people come to the dacha to rest, but no one wants to stay there to live, to look after the garden, to tinker in the ground. Kebabs, a fire, outdoor recreation - that's what youth needs SNT for.
There are exceptions to any rule. Therefore, among the younger generation there are those who dream of moving out of town to their own house, because they are tired of the "stone jungle". True, lovers of fresh air are more likely to buy a house in an individual housing construction, connected to a central water supply, gas supply and an electric station. SNT are usually cut off from these benefits of civilization.
- 2. The modern world dictates special conditions. If earlier, during the times of the Soviet Union, people were united, did something together, led by a common goal, today everyone is “for himself”. People these days prefer to stay away from society. And this negatively affects the life of SNT. Any partnership needs to be settled, they need to be dealt with. And when everyone around is individual farmers, then there is no one to do this.
- 3. Please note that today almost no new SNTs appear. Dozens of years ago, workers were given plots of land at enterprises. The modern authorities set aside territories for the construction of cottage settlements.
- 4. Most SNT are currently being demolished. Some of them prevent cities from expanding, new buildings to be erected, highways and highways under construction.
Based on all of the above, I came to the conclusion that in another ten or two years, SNT in Russia will completely disappear.
