1. From bars, slats and rope

Anyone can create such a support. You just need to show a little diligence and stock up on time. No special tools or special skills are required.
It is better to choose a thicker rope for creating a trellis. First, it must support the weight of an adult plant during fruiting. Secondly, culture will wrap around it.
The wooden supports of the trellis must be driven into the ground to a depth of at least 40 cm. An overgrown fruitful culture will not only weigh a lot, but also create a certain windage. A frail structure simply cannot withstand the gusts of wind.
2. From a metal mesh
A metal mesh will be an excellent analogue of the rope. You can buy this in a large hardware store. To harvest more conveniently, the distance between the branches should be at least 10 cm.
The mesh is installed at a slight angle and propped up with poles driven into the ground. The construction is strong enough to support the weight of the most productive large varieties.
Metal mesh tapestries can be quickly disassembled and stored for a long time. The metal is protected from rust by a polymer coating, so it is not afraid of the vagaries of the weather.
3. From trellis mesh

When choosing a trellis net, pay attention to the thickness of the thread. In budget products, it may be too thin, which will damage plants under the weight of ripe fruits. In this case, it is worth overpaying a little by choosing a product of the middle price category.
Trellis nets are installed both vertically and horizontally. A practical option is to install at a slight incline on triangular supports.
4. From wooden slats
If desired, cucumber trellises can be made from wooden slats. In this case, the supports are beautiful and practical, but quite expensive. To the cost of the material, you need to add delivery, impregnation from decay, brushes and the time spent.
The main disadvantage of such tapestries is their bulkiness. Storing wooden structures is much more difficult than storing light mesh or rope. To avoid complications, the trellises can be made collapsible in advance, fastening the main nodes with bolts.
By creating trellises with your own hands, you can maintain a single style for the entire site. In this case, even supports for cucumbers will become a decoration of the garden.
5. From ready-made elements
If you don't want to make tapestries with your own hands, you can purchase a ready-made structure. The set includes two metal nets and two pairs of spring mounts. Supports are assembled in minutes without tools. The main disadvantage of such tapestries is their rather high cost. For one set, you will have to pay about two thousand rubles.
