Let's start in order. In general, any construction of a house should begin with drawing up a project adjusted to the region of residence. And this is great, the builders know what is required of them and you can always show them where they screwed up.

With a heating system, the same is true, a project is needed in which all the parameters and necessary equipment are calculated, as well as the location of all water consumption points. Naturally, this document does not guarantee that the installer will accurately comply with all prescribed distances. This is due to many factors. Starting with the "new" wishes of the owner of the house, ending with the wrong drafting of the project in the construction phase.

But often ordinary mortals are engaged in the construction of a house, who do not consider it necessary to order a project and spend money on it. The author of this opus is the same builder, my readers know what problems he encountered because of this. Therefore, the laying of communications is done after the fact. Where it is convenient and where it is appropriate.

Please note that the photos are taken with a tape measure. Which shows the distance. I take the same photos before pouring the pipes with a coupler. That is, I take photographs of hidden works. I also took photographs of all warm floors, before pouring into the screed.

Why is this information needed? So that in case of any force majeure to know where the "dog is buried". For example, if a client wants to move the walls with a free layout, in order to know where it can be attached to the floor (drill) without breaking the tightness of the system. Or if the coolant is supplied to the heating radiators hidden, in a screed, then you need to know where and how the docking is carried out. In principle, there are many options for what photographic material of hidden works is needed.

How to earn?

It turns out that heating installers take a lot of pictures with a tape measure, marking the distance from the rough wall to the pipes. After the installation of the pipeline, but before it is covered with a screed. And at the end of all the work, they offer the material to the client for a fee. The usual fee is 2,000 rubles with a USB stick. Or 1,500 rubles when uploading files to the "Cloud" Someone will object that, in principle, it is possible to calculate with a thermal imager pipeline, but I will say this, not everyone has it, and hiring a specialist with an expensive device will not cost cheap. In principle, electricians can work according to the same principle, although it is possible to calculate the wiring with a detector, but it will not always work correctly if the wiring goes in a thick loop, for example, it is also filled in screed. Maybe such files will simply be of interest to customers as an important moment in their life.
