According to the latest data, while the legislative innovation has affected only the Moscow region. Mass inspection of fences and fences was initiated by the State Administrative and Technical Supervision (Gosadmtekhnadzor). At the same time, the officials said that no new legislative issues had appeared. The standards being tested today were actually introduced in Russia back in 2014. However, for the time being (as is often the case in the vastness of the native patronymic), for some reason, even the supervisory authorities themselves did not remember about them.

According to the rules and regulations established in 2014, any fence must meet a wide range of requirements. For violation of most of the points, citizens face administrative liability in the form of fines. For individuals, they range from 3 to 4 thousand rubles. For legal entities, penalties range from 15 to 30 thousand rubles.

What violations are you talking about specifically? First of all, Russians will now be punished for dirty, peeling and sloppy fences. In addition, the penalty will be for a fence that has been destroyed by at least 20% or is noticeably tilted relative to the vertical. The officials recalled that the fence, according to the law, cannot be higher than two meters. If the fence is in the city, then it cannot be painted black, otherwise - a fine. Finally, inspecting authorities can fine for a fence that was made from rubbish or scrap materials (for example, remnants of building materials or old furniture).
