Designers from the Variatika studio designed a 38 m² euro-apartment for a young girl. Neutral finishes were diluted with bright furniture. Wall moldings refer to neoclassicism.
total area: 38 m²
Place: Moscow
Number of rooms: euro two
Ceiling height: 3.3 m
Who lives here: young girl
Budget: 3 million rubles
Design Studio: Variatika
Stylist: Ekaterina Stepanova
Layout
The customer was satisfied with the original layout, they did not change it. Laminate was used as flooring in residential areas. In the kitchen, in the hallway and in the bathroom, marbled porcelain stoneware was laid.
Living room
Paint was used to decorate the walls in the living room. Also, with the help of decorative plaster and moldings, unusual large-format panels were formed.
A turquoise sofa that can be expanded has become a bright accent. The cabinet under the TV was made hanging to visually lighten the space and simplify cleaning.
Kitchen
Marble-look porcelain stoneware was used as the flooring in the kitchen, and the partition separating the built-in wardrobe in the hallway was tiled with it.
The set was built L-shaped. Cases with appliances and mezzanines under the ceiling seem to frame the working area. The highlight was the metal plinth and inserts on the handles and under the table top.
Bedroom
Emerald accents appear in the bedroom against a light background. A niche for a built-in wardrobe was provided here. Its facades merge with the walls, visually dissolving into space.
A self-care area was arranged by the window. The dressing table was hung between two mirrored sheets. Due to the proximity to the window, the mirrors will reflect more natural light into the room.
Hallway
The walls in the hallway were decorated with decorative plaster. A spacious wardrobe for outerwear was planned at the entrance. The lighting was organized with spotlights and warm lighting.
Bathroom
For the decoration of the bathroom, marble and wood effect porcelain stoneware was used. The tall cabinet was taken under the utility block, and a washing machine was hidden there. Another storage system is planned for the installation.
