Bubble wrap, in which various goods are packed, in particular during shipment, are almost always thrown away. Although in some cases it is used as an anti-stress, but then it still goes into the trash can. As it turned out, the film can be given a second life by pasting the windows with it in the apartment. In addition, as practice shows, this decision is very correct in the summer season.
1. Why is it worth doing
If you pay attention to the windows and balcony panes of some apartments in the southern regions of Russia, you can see foil on them. So people protect their home from direct sunlight penetration into it, which means from the sweltering heat. The situation is the same with bubble wrap.
Gianni Edward, an American scientist, proved that this material can act as an air conditioner. The air trapped in the bubbles traps the heat and does not penetrate the room. The resulting air pocket is an excellent obstacle. The effect is similar to that observed in the presence of expensive plastic windows, where there are two double-glazed windows.

2. How to glue
For gluing, a long piece of material is required (if the film is folded in two layers, then it can be dissolved at the seams). In addition, you need to take scotch tape. It is better if it is double-sided, but you can get by with the usual one by yourself turning it into double-sided. The scotch tape is glued to the foil and then turned over to the back side. In the middle and along the edges, it is enough to fix it with small pieces of the same adhesive tape. As a result, we got a two-sided version.
The defense is ready. It remains to hang it on the window frame. And by the way, the film is almost invisible, since it is an excellent conductor of light.
