Architects Anna Suvorova and Pavel Mikhin designed a 27 m² one-room apartment for rent. The apartment turned out to be consonant with the name of the residential complex "Tetris", in which it is located. The interior is versatile yet expressive - easily catching the attention of tenants.
- total area: 27 m²
- Place: Moscow region
- House type: RC "Tetris"
- Number of rooms: 1
- Ceiling height: 2.8 m
- Who lives here: For Rent
- Authors of the project: Anna Suvorova and Pavel Mikhin
Layout before and after
The layout of the apartment was initially successful: three windows face two different sides. This made it possible to isolate the bedroom and retain enough natural light in the kitchen with a small seating area.
Kitchen
The porcelain stoneware in the kitchen was laid only in the cooking area. A linear headset was built into a niche. Despite its small size, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances: built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, narrow oven and two-burner hob. The apron was decorated with porcelain stoneware with a terrazzo print. Colored blotches helped to make the interior brighter and more dynamic.
Bedroom
The area of the bedroom is just over 7 m². Despite this, it was possible to accommodate not only a bed, but also a workplace. In addition, a storage system was built around the headboard. A high pencil case by the window was supplemented with open sections, which took over the functionality of a bedside table. The pattern on the bedding has something in common with the layout of the wall cabinets.
Hallway
The entrance area turned out to be quite spacious: only a pouf, a mirror and hooks for outerwear were placed here. A wardrobe was built into a niche further down the corridor. White facades in the color of the walls make it invisible.
Bathroom
The walls in the bathroom were divided into two blocks in color: at the top they combined tiles and blue paint, and laid out the bottom with white square tiles. The orange grout correlates with the blotches on the porcelain stoneware slabs. All colors available in the interior are reflected on the poster on the installation box.
