Who would not want a juicy steak or cutlets home for dinner? Vegetarians, but this stuff is not exactly for them. And for those who come home after a long day, I want to relax and not spend a lot of energy for cooking. To hassle it was smaller and did not have to wait until thawed meat, try a little trick. With it, even a kilo of mince "melt" in a matter of minutes.
Preparation of meat would go much faster if you would not have to spend a lot of time to defrost. Of course, you can use for this purpose the microwave. But professional chefs strongly do not recommend it, and workers sanitary station with them solidary: defrost high temperatures leads to proliferation of potentially dangerous bacteria. And the meat just begins to prepare for the outside while staying moist inside. More useful and more efficient to use here is this little trick.
To defrost quickly even a large piece of meat, do this:
Step 1
Remove the meat from the freezer and take care that it will certainly have been in plastic packaging. If it is inconsistent, tighten further in the package or food film.
step 2
Take a large pan and fill it with water. Optionally hot - room temperature is at the time.
step 3
The meat (or stuffing), place the metallic baking oven. And press down the top pan of water.
Within 5-15 minutes (depending on the size and, most importantly, the thickness of the meat) product is completely defrosted and ready for thermal processing. All business combined pressure from the press and the heat, which literally gets trapped between two metal plates and evenly heats the meat. At the same time, not since "cook" it.
This trick will save you a lot of time, and make meat dishes tastier. But, why most people defrost foods properly and what to do with it.
