Yesterday I replaced not only the thermostat in the bathroom, but also the faucet in the kitchen, installing something that had not yet been invented 15 years ago when the kitchen was being made.
All this time (15 years, or maybe 17) an Ikea faucet, like this, worked in the kitchen.
Some time ago, it started to leak (flowing from under the base). At first I wanted to buy the same, but then I decided to see if anything interesting had appeared in these fifteen years. It turned out that there was: faucets with a flexible spout that allow you to move the water outlet point higher or lower. It seemed convenient to me and I began to study what they are.
Most of the faucet is located like this. To open it, you need to pull the tap to the side, to change the temperature, you need to move the tap towards you and away from you. It didn't seem very convenient to me.
There are a small number of mixers arranged differently. Their faucet is located almost horizontally, like a conventional mixer, and the spout starts behind the faucet. This is the one I took. I was looking for a 5-year warranty, I chose some Turdus 17K WHITE for 2000 rubles.
We use the second day and it seems convenient, only for some reason it whistles with a large pressure of water.
