Experienced gardeners are advised to take seedlings to another room when airing the room. You can open the window so that the flow of cold air arrives gradually and there are no drafts. - Lighting
If the seedling does not receive enough light, then it begins to stretch, the stem becomes thin, and under the load of foliage, it falls. Plants need light. If there is not enough daylight, then they put lamps. Don't leave the lights on overnight. Plants need to rest at night.
