Growing Rules
Seedlings are the standard way to grow eggplants. Sowing seeds should be started 2 months before transplanting into open ground. Peat pots are an ideal choice for the plant, as eggplants do not tolerate picking.
A dark-fruited vegetable needs sunny space, slightly acidic and fertile soil. The seat is pre-treated with organic compounds (humus, manure). Holes for seedlings are placed 30 cm apart.

Collection and storage
If the size of the fruit has reached 11-20 cm, and the peel is shiny, you can start collecting. This usually happens after 16 weeks.
Eggplants keep in the refrigerator for several weeks. If you want to enjoy nightshade in the winter, make preparations from them in advance.
If the skin of the fetus is damaged, long-term storage is impossible.
