To prepare spicy and crispy KFC wings, you will need the following products:

• two kilograms of chicken wings;
• three eggs;
• 500 milliliters of vegetable oil for deep fat;
• 100 grams of breadcrumbs;
• 100 grams of cornstarch;
• 80 grams of condensed milk;
• 100 grams of mayonnaise;
• 20 grams of peanut butter;
• 20 grams of apple cider vinegar;
• 5 grams of chicken spice;
• salt and pepper to taste.

Each wing needs to be cut into three parts, removing the smallest, which is not useful to you in this recipe. Next, prepare the marinade. In a deep bowl, mix condensed milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, peanut butter, spices and mix well. Then add the wings to the marinade and leave them for 20-30 minutes.

Put a pan with vegetable oil on the stove and bring it to a temperature of 200 degrees - this is our deep fat, which is necessary for cooking wings. Next, in one bowl, beat three eggs with a pinch of salt, pour breadcrumbs into another, and starch into the third, which will prevent the meat from burning.

Each wing will first need to be dipped in starch, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs, and then sent to deep fat. The wings should be fried in oil for about five to seven minutes, until they acquire a beautiful golden crust. To get rid of excess oil, after cooking, the wings should be laid out on a paper towel, and only then - on a plate.

Useful advice: So that a semblance of dough does not form on your hands, divide them into dry and wet. With a dry hand, you will need to dip the wings into starch, crackers and deep fat, and with a wet hand into eggs.

This is a traditional American snack. It is incredibly popular in bars, especially sports and pubs. Many pubs specialize exclusively in Buffalo wings, serving them with a variety of sauces.

So, for the dish, prepare the following ingredients:

• ten to twelve chicken wings;
• three tablespoons of butter;
• 100 grams of sour cream;
• 100 grams of blue cheese;
• 100 grams of mayonnaise;
• four tablespoons of hot chili sauce;
• half a teaspoon of salt;
• half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper;
• half a teaspoon of ground black pepper;
• one tablespoon of vinegar;
• two or three cloves of garlic.

First you need to cut off the tips of the wings - we will not need them. Next, prepare the marinade from melted butter, chili sauce and spices. Two tablespoons should be poured into another container. Mix the wings with the marinade and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes - this time should be enough for the meat to be well saturated with flavors.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the wings to bake for 15 minutes. So that they are evenly fried on both sides, put them not on a baking sheet, but on a wire rack, and turn on the “Top and Bottom” mode. While the bird is cooking, prepare the Blue Cheese Sauce. Mix sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and garlic in a blender bowl. After the time has passed, remove the wings from the oven, transfer to a beautiful plate, pour over the remaining marinade and serve with the sauce.

As you probably guessed by the name, this is a dish of modern Chinese cuisine. It became popular in the 80s of the last century. According to one version, Kele Ji Chi was first prepared in one of the restaurants in the city of Jin'an, when the chef accidentally spilled Coca-Cola into the marinade with wings. When the dish was already ready, the chefs noticed that thanks to the soda, the bird turned out to be juicy, soft, with a piquet taste. And the amazingly beautiful frosting was a bonus.

The list of ingredients includes:

• one kilogram of chicken wings;
• one liter of Coca-Cola;
• two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• one tablespoon of sugar;
• one tablespoon of soy sauce;
• one tablespoon of chili sauce;
• ginger, garlic, salt, pepper to taste;
• sesame seeds and green onions to serve as desired.

The wings must be washed, dried and cut into three parts, removing the shortest. Next, put a frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil and sugar into it. While gently stirring, bring the sugar crystals until completely dissolved - it should first turn into syrup, and then into golden caramel. Put the wings in the pan, but be very careful - because the mixture of butter and caramel gets hot enough, there can be a lot of splashes. Fry the wings for three minutes on each side, until they acquire a golden hue. To evenly caramelize the meat, stir the contents of the pan several times. Add soy sauce and chili to the wings, mix well and fry for another two minutes.

Next, you will need to pour Coca-Cola into the pan. Depending on the size and depth of the dish, the amount of drink may vary. Approximately one liter will be needed, but the most important thing is that it covers the wings. Bring everything to a boil and taste the sauce, you may need more salt or sugar. But keep in mind that in the process of cooking it will still boil down and become more saturated. Reduce the heat so that the sauce continues to simmer but doesn't run off. Cook the wings for about 35-45 minutes - the sauce should reduce, thicken and acquire a beautiful glossy sheen.

Recipe 4: Wings in BBQ Sauce

Fragrant wings with a delicious crispy crust can be cooked on the grill, grill or in the oven - in any case, it turns out very tasty. The most important thing is to properly prepare the barbecue sauce, the main ingredients of which in our recipe are ketchup and paprika.

Prepare the following ingredients:

• 500 grams of chicken wings;
• one onion;
• two or three cloves of garlic;
• a teaspoon of ground paprika;
• half a teaspoon of hot pepper;
• three tablespoons of soy sauce;
• two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
• three tablespoons of lemon juice;
• three tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• 100 grams of tomato ketchup;
• 50 grams of sugar;
• 50 grams of honey;
• 10 grams of fresh ginger;
• salt and pepper to taste.

Cut off the outermost part of the wings, and then divide into two halves. Salt, pepper, drizzle with oil and send to the grill. Fry until done on both sides.
It will take more time to prepare the sauce. First, chop the onion and fry it in a pan until golden brown along with paprika and hot pepper. Add peeled and grated ginger and garlic. Pour in a tablespoon of sugar and, stirring gently, bring it to a state of caramel. Put honey, mix well, and after two minutes add lemon juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Simmer until the strong vinegar smell is gone. The next ingredient is ketchup. Stew the entire contents of the pan for two to three minutes, then punch with a blender to make a homogeneous mass, and bring the sauce to a thickening.

Dip the wings in the barbecue sauce and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Can be served at the table. Enjoy your meal!
