Our favorite Chinese company recently introduced an update to its smartpeds lineup. The new product is a logical continuation of the series Mi Max: everything that was good was improved, everything that was unsuccessful was replaced.
The display remains the same - 6.44 inches, IPS, resolution 1920 x 1080 (FullHD). However, Mi Max 2 received half the frames compared to its predecessor - only 0.7 millimeters from the edge.
In addition, the device received updated reading modes and expanded backlight settings - the minimum brightness is approaching several nit (brightness of one candle).
As a processor Xiaomi Mi Max 2 received an updated Snapdragon 625 with increased operating frequencies and a fresh Adreno 506 graphics core. These are middle-class solutions - they will not provide record results in Antutu, but will allow you not to think about slowdown, not notice lags (because there are none), and use the device for a couple of years without the need replacements.
Despite rumors of a smartphone with 6GB of RAM, all versions of the Mi Max 2 will only get 4GB. However, the volume of the built-in storage may differ - 64 or 128 GB (+ microSD up to 256 GB).
