  • Dec 24, 2019

Good day, dear readers!

In this article I want to share how to make plastering slopes of windows and doors in my house Armenian plaster and a device made Armenian.

Taking segment (about 30 cm.) Of plain dyuymovka 25 * 100, the remainder of the roof battens, plasterer performed gashes on both sides of different sizes.

Gash on the first side is made such that the edge of the board for gliding plastering beadings holding glazing, wherein the window frame is closed plaster formulation by about 5 mm. (Photo below).

Since the profile of all the windows of my house is the same size, the template for which used one.

On the second side gash is made so that the window frame is also closed plaster approximately 5 mm. (Photo below), but this pattern is used in places where to place the window sash. Plastering - slip was no longer on the glazing beads and sash of the window opening.

Thus route all of the frame around the window perimeter (except the bottom where it will be located sill), and the profile is closed on all sides with a plaster solution by 5 mm.

After manufacturing the template and fitting it to all slopes, plasterer performed from the plaster composition (plaster, sawdust, water, milk) using square rule - beacon to all corners of the future slopes (for some reason, experts on the Armenian plaster do not put metal lighthouses, and do everything gypsum). Apparently they do not like to pull out then))).

Mixing plaster mix master produced in 15 liter tin basin, and for some reason, always with his bare hands, without the use of power tools. Pounce on the plaster walls and produced arms that I was very surprised. Despite all these "chips", progress is really fast!

In the end everything turned out very well. After drying plaster, gypsum plaster plasterer struck, but without the addition of sawdust.

All 11 windows and 2 doors of my house have one master, working from 7-00 to 18-00, it took 2.5 days.

Finally completed this step, and it's time to move on to the installation of window sills, and then to the floor screed!

Thank you all for your attention and good luck with your build!
