In recent years, increasingly I heard talk about the addition of concrete and mortar liquid soap and means "Fairy". Supposedly much improved plasticity and fluidity of concrete, it does not shrink and has many advantages when adding detergent.
At first I was wary of these statements and conversations, I thought. that special plasticizers, which are sold in DIY stores is much better and more reliable. But reading on the canister with a plasticizer its composition as it was not myself. What bad things there just is not - phenol, formaldehyde, lingosulfaty and other "vermin".
And so I decided to try to experiment, add "Fairy" during concrete pouring. As time faced a sufficiently large pouring the foundation for a bath.
Without even waiting for the addition of "Fairy" in the concrete I was very surprised and pleased. With concrete it was much easier to work with. He was well spread out and not stick inside walls of concrete mixers.
After casting, I was afraid that something will suffer as a strength of the concrete, and after the winter it will crack or burst. But for half a year has passed and all is fine. The foundation of a great, durable, no hint of a crack there. Technical means of strength, certainly not experienced, but it is nothing. I do not build high-rise buildings and a bathhouse for the soul. )))

On the whole foundation it took a little longer canisters "Fairy" 2.5-liter on the price of 563 rubles. It may, of course, and someone pours his ladle into the concrete, then yes, you need to buy tons of it. )) We poured on the cap to batch concrete mixer (120 liters). This is roughly 30 ml.
Overall a very profitable and much safer in terms of health than industrial plasticizers. What about frost, from the "Fairy" no effect. To do this, use the special supplements or at least add to the concrete PVA glue. But that's a topic for another article entirely.)
Instead of "Fairy" can be added, and other detergents: soap, washing powder and other similar. But these funds are not tested by me, so the exact effect of their use, I do not know why they advise you I will not.
Many friends poured foundations for stone two-storey house many years ago. No problems there with them. And it is not surprising. Indeed, the strength and reliability of the foundation does not depend 30 ml of liquid soap, and from calculations, the correct proportions at the reinforcement and concrete casting.
