Many large stores set their own rules for a refund, which is much more humane than those prescribed by law.
According to the law on consumer protection goods can be returned back to the store within 14 days, but the law has weight restrictions. In particular, non-refundable slozhnotehnicheskie goods, which are defined as any electronic device.
Fortunately, there are shops, giving more time for a refund.
So Leroy Merlin can return anything, for 100 days.

Auchan takes the goods back within 30 days.
Both stores refer to the law, so the return of goods slozhnotehnicheskih in principle can have problems, but I one was returned to the Auchan headphones open box, blister, which were really awful at a fairly high price.
It is interesting to return to the arranged Castorama stores. Products of their own brands can be returned within the warranty period, and all other goods - according to the law within 14 days.
