Many brands in addition to ordinary alkaline, producing "enhanced" with the maximum capacity of the battery and the ability to work at high loads. I tested five models of AA format batteries.
The test was attended by batteries:
Duracell Turbo Max (80-100 rubles. a piece);
Energizer Maximum (55-70 rubles);
Varta Max Tech (65-85 rubles);
GP Ultra (45-50 rubles);
Videx Turbo (35-45 rubles).
I tested the battery with the analyzer by Oleg Artamonov.
The batteries were discharged in two modes:
• Discharging constant current of 200 mA. This load is typical for electronic toys;
• The discharge pulses (10 seconds load, 20 sec pause) current of 2500 mA. This load is typical for high-power devices.
Measurement made with the battery discharge to a voltage of 0.7 V.

energy maximum at a discharge current of 200 mA was given Duracell Turbo Max batteries, in the second place - Videx Turbo (11% less leader), the third - Varta Max Tech (13% less leader).
Extra high current pulse discharge 2500 mA
In the first place again Duracell Turbo Max, but Videx Turbo lags by only 2%, in the third place again Varta Max Tech with a lag of 13%. The sad result showed batteries Energizer Maximum - they gave almost twice less energy than the leaders.

All test results I mixed in the table. The columns "% Wh" shows the percentage of energy in each battery discharge two modes with respect to the leader.
According to the results of testing the first place expectedly took batteries Duracell Turbo Max (new name: Duracell Ultra Power). Best price / capacity among the batteries reinforced steel Videx Turbo: in spite of the lowest price of the tested the batteries of their power capacity exceeds the capacity of most batteries, second only Duracell, moreover high current difference minimal.
