Two days of studying the behavior of Tele2 mobile internet in the country. Result stably identical - 4G-Internet signal level with excellent working very slowly.
I switched to 3G, but there's much better to 8 Mbit / s.
The reason for this phenomenon is simple: most of today's smartphones by default runs in 4G mode and when on one base station has to too many customers, she just can not cope. mobile internet speed drops almost to zero and use the internet so utterly impossible.
3G network at the same time is often much less loaded and if it is forced to switch to, the Internet starts to work much faster, though much slower 3G technology 4G.
Switch to 3G is simple: in the smartphone's settings, select the "Wireless Network" - "More" - "Mobile Network" - "Network Type". The default setting is "Auto 4G / 3G / 2G", and you need to put "Auto 3G / 2G".
Sometimes it happens that the "die" both networks - and the 4G and 3G (for example, a large gathering of people in one place). Then can save a forced switch to 2G: Internet is very slow, but it will and this may be enough to send or receive a message in the messenger. I note that in Moscow there is no 2G Tele2, so this advice is only suitable for other operators.
Moral: if you are faced with the fact that in some place the mobile Internet does not work or barely try to forcibly switch the smartphone in 3G mode. And if it does not work there, but really need to send or receive a message in the messenger, switch to 2G. Just do not forget to switch back.
