At the same time it turned out that all this time (November) my receipt for payment totaled not my testimony, and for some codes, or something in this kind. That is, all these months portal took my testimony, but then for some reason did not commit! Of any claims to my testimony on my website is not reported, simply picked up and removed them all.
The MD refused to return to me the opportunity to make statements. They said that I now need to go to the Criminal Code or before unknown to me IS GU, search there for some indefinite professionals who need to call to his home (!), that it was an act, and then I sent to the MD. Or go to some sort of private office (which, apparently, need to pay money for it (!)). "
Conclusions:
1. Always check the water consumption figures in platozhke. If they are fractional - that something was wrong (or you have them for some reason, you are applying fractional).
2. In any case, make screenshots or print readings (where available).
If for any reason readings are transmitted more than three months and the site refuses to take, there's an easy way to solve the problem: you have to pass the reading on paper, dropping them into the control box company. After this welcome indications on the site again available.
