I was faced with the fact that after the carriage washing machine started to pour water endlessly. I thought I broke a water level sensor, but it was much easier.
Any automatic washing machine detects the water level via the pressostat - simple membrane unit and contacts in a sealed housing. From the bottom of the pot goes to the pressure switch tube. As the filling of the tank, the air pressure in the tube increases, and at some point the membrane presses the contacts, disconnecting the water supply valve.
If the machine after use is transported in a horizontal position, the tube and the pressure switch can zatech water. The idea is that when the car stands upright again, the water should flow down, but in my case something went wrong and the pressure switch stops working. But it was enough to slightly podorgat the phone and knock on it, as it worked.
To remove the top cover of the washing machine, you need to unscrew the rear two screws and slide the cover back. At LG pressure switch located on the right.
