I went to the train five minutes before departure. At the station, Vladimir ticket first check at the exit to the platform. Controller data checked my passport and told that my e-ticket canceled.
Looking ahead to say that I was lucky. Train "Swift" was late for 10 minutes, and I managed to get this one ticket in hand, paying 250 rubles for his "loss".
How did it happen?
In Railways, there are two types of tickets with completely different properties. Traditional paper ticket from the Soviet past is bought at the box office. In the event of loss of the train you will not be allowed. Modern electronic ticket purchased online at Russian Railways, and on the last stage of the purchase site reports "passed electronic registration". This field at the conductors and supervisors in the smart phone or hand-held terminal there is information about you and landing on the train only a passport is needed. It is believed that in case more is needed form of an electronic ticket on paper or in the form of a picture on your phone, but it has long no one asks.
There is one situation where the second type of ticket is converted into the first. If a passenger decides for some reason to go to the station and there is print the ticket at a special terminal, electronic registration is canceled and the passport on a train is not allowed. I need a paper ticket that issued the terminal.
In my case, the following happened. press tour Organizers bought tickets just to four people, including me. One of the four - girl-journalist, without telling anyone, whatever advance to go on a station to print a ticket. Terminal gave her four tickets. She took her, and you know the other three that have done? Just throw.
It turned out that three people had been abolished electronic registration and tickets are somewhere in the ballot box at one of the stations of Moscow.
In this situation, the cashier workers Vladimir suggested that I fill out a declaration of loss of the ticket, which I've never even seen, here on this model.
I had to fill in and to pay a fine for the loss of tickets - about 250 rubles.
I asked the chief of the train, what would happen if the train would not be not too late, and I have the time to fill out the application, pay a fine and receive a new ticket. He replied that he would probably have let me on the train, but the train has written to the head of the free ticket and have made me a full refund. Then this penalty ticket takes you to the destination station, and write an application for a refund. That's all difficult.
Moral of the story: a printout of the ticket at the station cancels the electronic registration and operation of an electronic ticket with barcodes. Keep in mind that if your e-train ticket was bought together with tickets for other people, any of them can foolishly print the tickets at the train station and thus cancel your email ticket.
