Sometimes my husband starts to feel timid feelings for cooking - can prepare breakfast or cook soup (of course, if you wake up in the right mood). By the way, precisely because of its cooking it in my youth and conquered - I remember the smell of cooked ravioli them in his "firm" recipe.
Of course, they were bought-and frozen, but skillfully bring them to readiness is my future husband. Now I want to share with you the memories of student life, and to tell you how my faithful, using a minimum of auxiliary components, could turn ugly frozen semi-finished product into a real masterpiece.
So, first dish was called in our circles gratinAs dumplings prepared in the oven. To this end was taken baking, lubricating oil, and then laid it in the frozen dumplings. Then the whole thing was mixed with chopped onion, mayonnaise and evenly distributed over the surface of the mold.
On holidays more laid on top of tomatoes and grated cheese, but without frills siih, after baking out very hearty and edible.
The next masterpiece stayed in my memory named "Dumpling Pizza".
Oh, there it to the cook had a good try to bring the semi-finished product to an edible condition. Dumplings first thawed, laid on a baking sheet, then roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer, which is decorated from top tomatoes and cheese. Naturally, vkusnotischa was obtained indescribable, so instantly, still hot, disappeared from the oven.
And finally, the most delicious dish of ravioli, which was prepared only after receipt of scholarships. Roasted dumplings first few minutes in a pan with soy sauce, and then added to them finely chopped mushrooms (champignon course - walk, so walk!). Dish has languished for about 10 minutes under the lid, and then decorated with greenery and immediately filled the tantalizing aroma of your small kitchen in the hostel.
Now I remember, and even wanted to repeat some of these culinary experiments - and that, because then this meal seemed real delicacy and always devours for both cheeks.
