Know how to unsolder the solder joint, can be just as important as knowing how to solder.
Sometimes you need to make corrections to your electronic circuit. Perhaps you have soldered the diode in the wrong direction, or perhaps two of your tracks were accidentally connected to some additional solder.
In these cases, you need to know desoldering process.
Wiring using Desoldering
Heat the solder joint, until you see that it "melts".
Place the handset Desoldering over heated solder connection. Then press the button to suck the liquid solder.
Click again on the plunger to remove the solder from Desoldering. Sometimes you have to use a braid, to be able to delete the last part of solder, Desoldering if not able to fully remove them.
Wiring using braided desoldering
You can use the braid to remove the solder.
- Start with the tape is applied to the solder connection you want to delete.
- Apply the soldering tip on top of the wick. After a few seconds you will see how molten solder is absorbed into the tape.
- If the current portion of the tape is filled with solder, unstick and cut it. Repeat the process until all the solder will not disappear.
Wiring without any tools
If you do not braid or Desoldering, you can still produce pinout.
To remove excess solder bridge between the two contact paths, it is necessary to heat the solder joint, and then picked up with the tip of a soldering iron until the bridge disappears.
To remove a component from the circuit board, secure it with a pair of tweezers on the withdrawal of the component you want to remove heat solder connection, and then pull out and remove the output from the hole when the solder melted.
My favorite way - is to use Desoldering. But I've found that when you are dealing with smaller contact paths, the braid to remove the solder sometimes much easier to use.
