Designer Rustem Urazmetov laid an elaborate plan based interior. In a small area managed to place everything necessary for life.
The customer - a young girl who wanted to combine modern style with elements of the loft. So in the interior there were slabs of wood, concrete surfaces and metallic elements.

Initially apartment is a standard rectangle with two windows on one side and the other communications.
A small area of 47 m² was necessary to accommodate the combined kitchen-living room, bedroom with workplace, bathroom, dressing room and a pantry.
Living room divided into two zones - a sofa and sitting area by the window.
Since the apartment is located on the 21st floor and has excellent specific characteristics - a recreation area with built-in bench appeared niche.
The kitchen has a convenient U-shape and looks "light" by eliminating the upper cabinets of one of the walls. Accent element in the living room-kitchen steel slab of oak moss and stabilized on the wall.
In the design process, it was decided to abandon the standard table to the bar, for the sake of saving space.
Under the bedroom was given a minimum number of square meters. Space enough only for bare necessities - bed width of 160 cm, two bedside tables and desk with chair.
Thanks to all the same characteristics of the species - the working area is located at the window. To the light of day did not interfere with work, established Roman blinds on the windows.
An interesting element in the bedroom - "the loft" grille above the bed. It may seem that it is only a decorative reception, but in fact through this lattice resolved the issue of ventilation in the dressing room.
The hall is used the same stylistic principle as in the kitchen - Stabilized moss, tile and general color scheme.
Unusual cabinet along one wall appeared in the bathroom. When closed, it looks like a geometric panels with decorative niches. Masks a lot of useful functions being - washing machine and dryer, laundry basket, and everything needed for cleaning.
The bathroom has established a shower, sink and toilet with bidet functions. Part of the wall is a concrete simulation, as in the living room-kitchen area.
