Personally, I look forward to every spring. In this wonderful time of the year, everything wakes up and comes to life. Spring begins my favorite season: you can go fishing, relax in the country, take a vacation at work! You can organize outings with friends or relatives!

However, my (and not only mine) rosy plans were violated by members of the State Duma. We can say that the authorities simply forbade Russians to relax in nature.

I'll try to explain everything.

A little about fishing

Every fisherman can run into a fine. Our deputies put forward a proposal to measure all caught fish. Individuals that have not reached a certain size should be released back into the reservoir.

Moreover, there is an individual penalty for each individual fish. For example, one caught roach will have to pay the state 250 rubles. The amount of the fine can reach several thousand or hundreds of thousands of rubles.

Parking a car by a pond

A Russian can earn administrative responsibility and a fine for leaving his vehicle near a reservoir. The state has decided that the banks of rivers, lakes and ponds are water protection zones. Cars should be parked at least 200 meters from the water.

This means that if you decide to have a picnic next to a reservoir, then all things and products from the car will have to be carried on foot. And the car will remain in splendid isolation. Nobody is responsible for the safety of your movable property.

It is clear that reservoirs need to be protected from those who like to bathe their cars in them. But what's wrong with just getting closer to the water.

For a car left next to a reservoir, you can get a fine from 3 to 4.5 thousand rubles.

Forest is the property of Russia

Citizens can collect berries, mushrooms, various herbs only for personal needs. And what you need - the inspector decides. You can try to prove to him that there are many people in the family, parents are treated with herbs. Most likely, the same will then have to be proven in court.

They even collected one more mushroom than it should be - get ready to pay a fine!

Blast up the bonfires!

I also understand why it is forbidden to make fires in the forest and near water. But if I decided to fry a barbecue at my own dacha, who am I interfering with? Considering that I have a grill. It turns out that you can forget about spring kebabs. After all, the authorities forbade us this too!

As the law says, the barbecue should be located at least 2 meters from the grass, five meters from residential buildings and ten from any shrubs and trees. Otherwise, a fine! Have fried kebabs - pay 5 thousand rubles. Even if they fried at their own dacha, nobody cares! You are a malicious lawbreaker!

Why do officials do this?

It probably doesn't take a genius to answer this question. It is clear that officials are adopting laws not to protect their native nature, but to improve their material condition.

In addition, there is an educational moment here. The state is trying to do everything so that sooner or later the people stop thinking about the meaning of the laws being adopted. Those. we will silently endure all the bullying, and the authorities will continue their tyranny.

I may be wrong, but even the peasants lived better than we do now. They could at least pick mushrooms in the forest, fish and make fires. And we are simply deprived of this opportunity!
