Why are owners abandoning their homes built in the 90s?

The 90s were marked by an active increase in self-construction. Houses were built so sad and dull that even cry. Many developers did not even know what a "project" was. They simply sketched some sketches on a piece of paper with a pencil and built houses from them.

Ten years later, the number of unauthorized construction increased several times. Houses and cottages sprang up everywhere. At the same time, no one thought about quality as before. In the late 2000s, many were forced to curtail construction due to lack of funds. Not everyone was even able to maintain what had already been built.

Plus, more stringent rules have appeared in tax legislation. The caring state has introduced unaffordable taxes on land and houses, the area of which is 250 - 500 square meters.

I would like to note that earlier the smaller square was not considered elite, so only huge cottages were built. It became very difficult to maintain such real estate, the cost of resources increased.

Today many houses built 20-30 years ago are actively being sold. However, hardly anyone will covet them for the cost that the owners want to receive.

There are many similar offers on the market, but the quality of cottages is very lame. Today's buyers rationally assess their material capabilities, try to calculate the situation for several years ahead.

Houses with an area of less than 200 square meters are popular these days. Few people choose cottages with swimming pools, huge garages and other unnecessary delights.
