When you gain a ready knife in the shop - it is all good. That's only been after some time, the tool may find something "not so." One reason for the imminent disorder becomes incorrectly made sharpening the blade. Therefore, experienced owners recommend to do here is a simple tool.
Materials, tools and safety precautions
In order to provide an apparatus to maintain the correct angle when sharpening a knife, should get sandstone bar or grindstone. Also need magnet flat shape, and it is better to two identical as possible. You also need to have available a device for measuring angles (school come triangle).
