By coincidence, we were again brought to the "Khrushchev". And when the question arose of buying an apartment in a new building or in an old house, the choice fell on the latter. I was lucky, the house was in good condition: with clean porches and well-mannered neighbors. There are 4 apartments on my floor, I am neighbors with nice and pleasant pensioners, as well as a respectable family. In general, there is a complete idyll on our landing.
The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, they offer a beautiful view of the forest belt. In warm weather, we often go there to fry kebabs. I really like that in the yard there is always where to put the car. The area is quiet and calm, the noise of the metropolis does not reach here. The infrastructure is also quite good: a school, kindergartens, shops, etc. are nearby.
I live and am not happy! But my friend was less fortunate. He also decided to get a mortgage and settled on a new building. The height of the house he moved to is 23 floors. The main problem is that many owners rent out their apartments, and therefore the neighbors sometimes leave much to be desired. To meet a normal person in this "anthill" is a great success.
There are more than 10 apartments on the floor, and these are mostly small studios from 17 to 24 square meters. There is no kindergarten, school, or park area near the house. There are several shops, but one of them is a liquor store, which adds to the problems for decent locals.
After visiting my friend, I gladly returned to my beloved "Khrushchev" and realized that I had made the right choice!
