For the third year in a row I am going to plant Khalifa pepper in the country. Japanese firm Sakata has invented SOMETHING FANTASTIC HARVEST! It is impossible, but it is so: on the same bush of Khalifa, multi-colored handsome men grew at the same time - pale yellow, orange, scarlet. How did they do it? These are the Japanese, who are always distinguished by their fiction.
120 kg from the greenhouse! Are you joking?
Not at all! Fruits are large, thick-walled - about 200 gr. each. Five pieces and you have a kilogram! I specifically counted their number on the branches of one plant - 10! That is approximately 2 kg. In a six-meter greenhouse, I plant 5 plants per m2 and get about 120 kg of super-harvest in the fall. The math is simple!
Bulgarian handsome Khalif pepper - early ripe, taste sweet, juicy, with elastic, but not rough skin. There is such a pleasure. Take a bite - the juice splashes! As Raikin said: “Taste! Mmmm, specific! "))
The peppers are conveniently shaped, as the hostess says. If you want to make a stuffed treat - feel free to take them. Feed a hungry man with one such stuffed yummy!)
The name shows that it is a hybrid and, therefore, excellent disease resistance. But the most important thing is to form a trunk into three stems and do not forget to fertilize the plantings. My secret is this - I use biohumus, buy it here, maybe it will come in handy for you. I like! The scheme is as follows:
- 1 tbsp dry fertilizer in a glass with seedlings after picking (as soon as it gets stronger);
- spraying seedlings in a ratio of 1: 200 once every 2 months;
- feeding with a liquid solution (1 glass per 10 l. water).
Water once a week for 2 liters. for each bush before flowering and the formation of ovaries. Peppers grow tall, if you do not pinch the top of the head. This will stop the growth and the vegetable peppers will pour out faster and better. Make sure that the plantings are well lit, watered regularly and a colossal harvest is provided.
