The crux of the problem! A common hall for four apartments, fenced off by a door from the space near the elevators, the door is locked with a key.
Accordingly, cleaners, janitors, whatever you call them there, I don't care, it's your right, they can't get into this room. And despite the fact that I do not have enough respect for the employees of our cleaning companies, here I can understand them.
At least they always have an excuse. Couldn't open the door and get inside the room.
Hence the following conclusion is obtained! This space must be cleaned by the residents of the apartments themselves, who share it among themselves.
Our family has an apartment, if you enter the hall, immediately sharply to the left. The apartment is 3 rooms. Nearby is a one-room apartment in which some teacher lives. A rather strange teacher, he is already under 50 years old, but not married. This is strange to me.
Opposite is a two-room apartment. There is a young married couple who constantly in the evening puts garbage from a bucket in a bag into the common corridor, it goes out until morning, and smells very unpleasant. In the morning, of course, they take it out, throw it into the garbage chute, but only garbage, the smell remains.
Next to the two-room apartment, there is another two-room apartment. This apartment has been rented for many years. But for the last 5 years, those who shoot it have practically not changed. A husband and wife live in one room, they are quite young, the second room is rented out to "recoup" the rent. In the second room of this kopeck piece, the contingent changes, but not too often! Usually they are girls, but very decent. They work, plow, earn money. And in the best sense of the word, you don't need to think anything bad.
This is such a small preamble, now I'm getting to the point, more specifically, given that agreed that the common hall of 4 apartments, fenced off by a locked door, should be cleaned by residents these apartments! But how?
While only my wife is cleaned, the rest don't give a damn, or they are satisfied with this state of affairs. Clean, they don't stumble over the dirt, and that's fine.
Do you think it is necessary to talk to them, explain the party's policy, say that there is no less garbage from them in the common corridor than from us, and also ask them to get out? Can you make a cleaning schedule for common areas?
But...
How to negotiate with the teacher who built a box in the common corridor and put books in it, yes, you may not believe, really books and other rubbish that bothers him in the apartment. And the most interesting thing is that over the past 3 years he has never climbed into this box, and did not get anything out of it. The conclusion is disappointing, it means that nothing needed is stored in it, and the garbage dump is crying over the scrub, which is complicated in it.
About the youth opposite.
These two bags of petrified cement, I have been observing for five years. The question is, what does he do in a common area, and why not throw them out?
Now it becomes clear that for them the day ahead was born. They cannot bring a 10-meter garbage bag to the garbage chute in the evening, let alone drag the bags... This is beyond their strength, definitely.
And only the apartment that is rented does not litter in our common corridor. You can agree with them, and they will clean the common corridor, but in this case, make a cleaning schedule for only two apartments? And others, doing nothing, use our services?
In my worldview, this is wrong.
In the meantime, my wife, three times a week, cleans up this unfortunate common place of ours, and grumbles at the same time!
The question is what to do in this situation?
Why I decided to contact you, because I am more than sure that a huge number of people have this problem. And I would like to hear some practical advice on how to solve this problem in the best way.
I'm waiting for answers, thanks in advance!
