The previous washing machine worked for us for 12-15 years, I won't say for sure. We had a narrow BOSH MAX-4 model. Despite the fact that they used it very actively, for all the time they changed the ten (the masters called) and a couple of times independently changed the brushes personally. Everything. There were no more breakdowns. Therefore, she successfully moved to my dacha, and into the apartment I bought a BOSH MAX-6, also narrow.
But I understand it is beautiful, that old German was pure, therefore it was so reliable, but this new one is incomprehensible whose production, they did not tell me anything intelligible about this, then Poland, then Slovakia, then Russia. Therefore, you should not expect reliability from it.
My wife really liked her, and she decided to treat her and the things that she would wash a little more carefully.
I made a list on information from the Internet that she will never wash an automatic machine in a new washing machine. She explained each position in the list to me, here's what came of it:
1. Footwear
Of course, we never washed leather boots with boots, but sneakers and sneakers did happen. With sneakers, okay, they will hold up. But sneakers may not survive hot water and spin, and will simply unstick;
2. Hats
Washing hats, baseball caps in the washing machine is superfluous. At the very least, they will lose their shape, which cannot be restored later. Accordingly, they will lose their appearance and only the garbage dump will cry for them;
3. Business suit
If the trousers can still be washed, hung neatly and then ironed, then the jacket by no means. In most cases, after washing in the washing machine, the jacket can only be worn in the country, where almost no one sees you, or everyone walks like that. Therefore, the best option for suits is dry cleaning. In this regard, I like the "Sudar" chain of stores (not advertising, I really like it), bought a suit, three dry cleaners as a gift;
4. Woolen things
It is better to wash them with handles. In the machine, they either sit down, or stretch too much, despite the fact that the machine has a wool stick mode;
5. Cushions
The seams may not withstand spinning and come apart. Fluff, feathers, bamboo scatter on the drum. This is not only the end of the pillow, buying a new one, but the washing machine may crack;
6. Blankets, especially large
When washing a blanket, you run the risk of getting on the washing machine. It is large and not light in itself, and when it draws water into itself, it becomes overwhelming. And this weight will spin in the drum. We can also cover the engine from overload;
7. Down jackets
It is better to take it to the dry cleaner, after washing in the washing machine, all the fluff will gather in one place, then it will be too difficult to beat it off and return to its place.
My wife and I stopped at these 7 points. I'm sure there are many more of them, who knows, please add information in the comments.
