Today on the agenda is the question of a tie-in to the gas main and how long it is possible to knock the thresholds.

When choosing a site, my goal was to have a small old house on it in order to provide a family with housing with the ability to build a new house there.

So, the old house is gasified, i.e. there is a tie-in to the main gas pipeline, the new house has already been mothballed, i.e. there is a roof, windows, doors, as well as the installation of a heating system. And in order to continue interior decoration in winter, you need heating, and, accordingly, gas.

At that time, I thought that there would be no problems with gasification of a new house, since it is much cheaper to redo an existing project than to order a new one.

Gas pipe - located along the boundary: from the old house - 27 meters, from the new house - 16 meters.

It was always interesting to me, because everyone knows that the connection to gas is hundreds of thousands. So I tried to check what such sums are made of!

Having an existing project, inherited from the old owners, I went to the subscriber department of the local Gorgaz. It was popularly explained to me that gasification of a new house is a NEW project, and they said you can throw out the old one))), since the new one will combine both buildings under one meter. From here all the burden and began!

To connect gas you need:

Get technical conditions, in addition to having personal documents - a topographic survey and a cadastral plan, a technical passport of the house, documents for gas equipment and indicate the place of its installation. In this case, an act of compliance with chimney standards is needed.

Perform system design, i.e. design work. All over again: topographic survey, technical passport, passport for gas equipment, act inspection of ventilation and chimneys, and, among other things, the number of hot water points.

The project can be ordered in a state-owned structure at Gorgaz, or in a private one (the price is about the same - 27,360 rubles)

Make payment for the tie-in into the highway - 18 166.20 rubles.

Further, contract with installers, again - either a "government agency" or private traders, but private traders are also "their own" (monopoly is off the charts, friends)! The installation organization issues an estimate (pipes, meter, couplings, mortgages, valves), we pay for it and wait 3 months.

Conclusion of installers: overhead gas pipeline from the house to the main gas pipeline - 16 m. Price for materials and work, including installation of the meter - 52 661 rubles.

52,000 rubles for 16 meters!!! (all work was done in 3.5 hours). On the spot - the installers laid out their equipment more than they actually worked)))).

After installation, we wait until Gorgaz seals the meter (1212 rubles)

Further is gas equipment service contract and a personal account is opened! Contract 1000 rubles. in 6 months

I thoroughly analyzed time and money, the result is: 27 360 + 18 166.2 + 52 661 + 1 212 = 99 399.2. If you add a hassle to the estimate, you get exactly a hundredth))). And we will turn on the gas in 3 months (according to Gorgaz employees).

After assessing my time, I hired a turnkey specialist, who for 120,000 rubles bypassed all instances within 3 weeks, and a month later I was able to turn on the “flame”. Region - Rostov region.

It should also be borne in mind that there are Regional Regulations (local) that can also regulate the procedure for connecting to gas, including or excluding any documents.

P.S. RUB 99 399.2 I calculated on my knees, most likely, if I encountered the design myself, perhaps I could spend several thousand more on some trifle. Therefore, evaluating the running around, I decided to overpay 20 tr.
