Today, on the agenda is a report on the cost of wooden floors with exposed beams in the interior, which I prepared in advance before laying by firing and polishing.
I'll start with the main element - the load-bearing wooden beam. The wood is pine, the overlapping spans are 4.14 m and 4.64 m, the cross-section of the timber is chosen 150x200 mm.
The laying was done with a step of 700 mm, thus it took 3.7 cubic meters. wood or 21 pcs. lumber six meters long. The price is 8700 rubles / cubic meter, the total cost of the timber with delivery has reached RUB 36,000
The preparation of the beams took 8 gas cylinders for the burner and the packing of emery wheels for the grinder, which amounted to = RUB 900
After the installation of the beams, the wooden logs were laid under the rough flooring. Since the beams remain in the interior, in order to soundproof the spaces of two floors from each other, high logs of 100 mm were purchased. with a section of 40x100 mm.
The step of installing the logs is 350 mm., 35 bars, the cost of wood for the logs was RUB 9,000
Next, a rough floor is made. The pie is as follows (from bottom to top):
- Support beam (open).
- Vapor barrier.
- Insulation.
- Membrane.
- Plywood.
- Finishing floor.
RUB 21400 - plywood 15 mm thick, RUB 11,500 - insulation 8 cubic meters, 3000 rubles. - membrane and vapor barrier + ~ 3000 rubles. - fasteners, thus, the cost of these materials totaled RUB 38,900
After the subfloor was fully prepared, I began to decorate the ceiling from the side of the first floor. For this I chose a material - a natural board imitating a bar. The size of the board is 20 * 185, it took 50 sq.m. worth 430 rubles. per square. The total amount of sheathing with imitation of a bar is RUB 21,500 + fasteners: hidden screws 1500 rbl.
I don't consider my work, because I did everything myself. The total cost of flooring with exposed wooden beams for a house of 8 mx 10 m was:
- Beam 150x200 - RUB 36,000
- Lags 40x100 - RUB 9,000
- Plywood 15 mm. - RUB 21,400
- Insulation, hydro and vapor barrier - RUB 17,500
- Timber imitation - RUB 23,000
Total: 106,900 rubles. (no jobs)
I won't say that this is a very cheap solution, but inexpensive for sure.
