"Why crush grapes?"

Good afternoon, dear guests and subscribers of the "Build for Myself" channel!

We moved to a private house a little more than 3 years ago and I could not get myself together to make at least a dozen liters of homemade wine, although the former owners of the site left a lot of grapes in the yard.

I always thought that making wine is a very laborious process, but my grandmother opened my eyes, showing me a recipe for lazy people :-)))

Friends, here there is absolutely no need either to crush grapes, or monitor fermentation, or wear rubber balls or gloves, but it is enough to have only a glass container, whole berries and sugar.

The recipe is based on natural fermentation.

Granny makes a drink in 3 liter cans, so I am giving this recipe based on the volume - 3 liters. From one such can you get a little more than 1.5 liters of very tasty wine.

So, berries are separated from all the brushes of the harvested crop. It is not recommended to wash them if they have not been sprayed before. If you did wash, then be sure to let it dry ...

Next, we put the separated berries as they are in a jar. There is absolutely no need to crumple them beforehand. We fold until there is no room for 1.5-2 glasses of sugar, which is about 5-7 cm. from the neck.

After that, add sugar - 1.5 - 2 cups and close with a plastic lid. Everything! We put it on a shelf in a cool place.

Why 1.5 or 2 tbsp. Sahara?

There are no restrictions and everything is learned in comparison. Our family likes sweeter wine and Grandma always makes 2 glasses of sugar. You can make several cans for 1.5 cups, and several for 2, then next year you will do as you like!

The fermentation process will gradually start by itself, and most importantly, you do not need to add either alcohol or water. The fermentation process is, of course, not fast and only after two weeks the lid can be loosened so that the released gas can freely escape.

It takes 3-6 months to make wine, just in the New Year you can open it, and if you want - even earlier it is possible, only not earlier than 3 months.

The less it costs, the less wine will be. On the 3rd month it still "plays", on the 4th - 5th and later - you can already enjoy real homemade wine, after which you will not want to drink anything else!

After half a year, the drink is decanted through cheesecloth to separate the remaining pulp and seeds. Now, it will stand for many years and will not deteriorate.

Try it and you will definitely not regret it!

I hope you enjoyed the recipe as much as I did!
