5. The land can only be used for its intended purpose
The material punishment for violation is 1% of the total cost of the site.
This violation, although it is quite serious, is committed by many summer residents. Remember, if the land is intended for agriculture, it is strictly forbidden to use it in any other way. A barn was built instead of a vegetable garden - expect a fine!
6. Failure to comply with fire safety rules
Compensation in the amount of up to 5 thousand rubles.
I think there is no need to go into too much detail here. Unfortunately, many site owners forget that fire safety rules are no joke and must be followed. You should not burn garbage in the country, fry kebabs in the wrong places, etc.
7. Garbage-filled area
For the cluttered territory, you will need to pay up to 50 thousand rubles.
Even if you do not plan to use your own site for its intended purpose, you should not turn it into a landfill. The authorities are not asleep, they will quickly notice it and come to figure it out. First, the owner will receive a warning, maybe two, and then a fine will follow.
