Free returns for many items on Aliexpress have been running for a year now, but still not everyone understands how to use it. I'm telling you.
Not all items have free returns. If there is one, there is an inscription on the product page "Free return. For any reason, within 15 days. "
Items that can be returned are visible in the order list of the mobile application.
I advise you never to confirm receipt of the goods until you have checked it and made sure that you will not return. A free return is given 15 days from the date of confirmation of receipt, and if not confirmed, you can stretch it for a month.
In order to start the free return process, the receipt can not be confirmed, but immediately start the return. For some reason, my free return does not work in the mobile application (after choosing the return type, another selection menu appears and the reason changes to "no reason"). Better to initiate a return from a computer.
1. We go to the list of orders, find the desired order, go into it (click "More").
2. Click "Open dispute".
3. Click "Return of goods and money".
4. In the item "Arising problem" select "Convenient return" (if there is no such option and at the beginning there is "Personal reasons" for this product, alas, there is no free return).
5. In the field "Refund amount" indicate the maximum amount indicated in red.
6. In the field "Please provide detailed information about your request" we write any reason for the return, for example, "did not fit" (do not write that the product is defective or does not work well!).
7. Click on "Request for local return". A message appears stating that the return request will be processed in a short time.
8. After a few minutes, we update the page (or go to the dispute for this product) and see the track code that appears. We write it down on a piece of paper, or even better, we immediately enter it into the Russian Post application.
9. We pack the goods. If it is in a box, just place the box in any plastic bag and seal it with tape. If without a box, we pack in a bag or in a suitable box, and it in a bag.
10. We go to the post office (you do not need to remember the address and write on the parcel).
11. We tell the operator of the parcel department that you have "Aliexpress Convenient Returns" and show the barcode in the application or just say the track number. The operator accepts the parcel from you, prints and pastes a sheet with the address, he does not ask for any money from you.
12. Then you can do nothing - in a couple of weeks the money will return to the card. If you wish, you can track in the mail application how the parcel goes to the warehouse, and in the application or on the website Aliexpress, you can see the return status (in the shopping list, go to the returned purchase, and there in dispute).
Although there were twelve points, in reality everything is simple and fast.
Now, when I buy something that I doubt, I try to find this item with a free return option so that I can refuse to purchase if something doesn't like it.
