Yesterday I told that in the MTS Go Smart tariff, Internet traffic should be charged at 1 KB, but the details show write-offs of 200 KB.
It turned out to be surprising - this is an error in detailing, but there is another, "correct" detailing.
Thanks to the publication, I managed to "reach out" to experts who understand the problem and can solve it.
It turns out that MTS has two different details. The first, "beautiful", is ordered from your personal account on the site. It looks like this, and traffic charges are rounded up to 200 KB in it.
Other, "ugly" detailing can only be ordered from the MTS application. It looks like this and you can see the real write-offs of Internet traffic.
Note that on archive tariffs "Super-Onliner" and "MTS Connect 4" in "beautiful" detailing, traffic is also displayed by 1 Kbyte.
So far, it is not known exactly when the error in the "beautiful" detailing appears, but MTS promised to figure it out and fix everything.
Of course, it is strange and inconvenient that there are two different details, and the more "ancient" and accurate is ordered only from the mobile applications, but this is a legacy that the site, application and billing have been written by hundreds, if not thousands of programmers for many years old.
