I saw a camera in the store that everyone who builds houses and other structures would like to have (both for themselves and for work)
This is a completely self-contained camera (runs on conventional AA batteries) that can fix on the pillar at the beginning of construction, and at the end of it get a super-accelerated video of the progress construction.
In the default mode, the camera takes a frame every 10 minutes. In this mode, the batteries last for 80 days, which on the screen will turn into six and a half minutes of video.
This camera has a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, a viewing angle of 120 degrees.
The camera I met at the store is called the Brinno BCC200. It costs quite a lot - about $ 300. The same manufacturer has a simpler model BCC100 (about $ 200). Of course, a time-lapse camera for construction can be built from a CCTV camera or from action cameras, but here the beauty is that this is a completely simple and autonomous thing ("hung on pillar and forgot "). It's a pity that nothing like this existed when my summer cottage was being built.

The main topic of my blog is technology in human life. I write reviews, share experiences, talk about all sorts of interesting things. My second project - lamptest.ru. I test LED bulbs and help figure out which ones are good and which are not so good.
