How I make a crispy and delicious chicken that resembles a KFC dish

To prepare it, we need the following ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 2 pcs. (you can take chicken wings, about 15 pieces will be enough),
Unsweetened corn flakes - 200 g,
Flour - 200 g,
Breadcrumbs - 6 tbsp l.,
Eggs - 3 pcs.,
Vegetable oil - 1 l,
Salt - 1 tsp l.,
Seasoning for chicken, pepper - to taste.


First, prepare the chicken - cut the chicken fillet into pieces, and then dip them in seasoning and give a few minutes to soak. If you are preparing wings, then you need to do the same with them - cut in half, roll in spices and give a little "rest".

At this time, you can start making batter, which will consist of three separate parts. To do this, pour flour, breadcrumbs with corn flakes into separate bowls (it is better to grind the latter), and also beat the eggs a little.

Now we pour vegetable oil into the pan, put it on the stove and wait until it boils, and then we begin dip the meat in the prepared batter - first in flour, then in eggs and finally in a mixture of flakes and crackers.

We send the chicken to the pan and fry until a beautiful golden crust is formed. Be sure to watch each piece at this time, as they can burn very quickly.

It turns out this appetizer is very tasty and crispy, looks great on a festive table and perfectly saturates. This chicken is combined with potatoes and buckwheat, and, in principle, with absolutely any side dish.
